The Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is accepted as part of the Service Agreement ("Agreement") entered into by and between KenTrips (the "Service Provider") and any client that pays or agrees to pay for services (the "Subscriber").
KenTrips & Principle Company will, at its sole discretion, determine whether an act by the subscriber is a violation of the AUP. The points provided below are meant to serve as a guideline and is not a complete enumeration of activities that are prohibited.
The Subscriber agrees to send bulk electronic mail only to those who have specifically requested to receive such mails and comply with all Federal, State, Local, and International laws governing the transmission of electronic mail.
Backups are performed by KenTrips’s principal company OR provider as a courtesy to clients; however, all clients are advised to maintain own backups to be used in any eventuality.
KenTrips will not be deemed responsible for data or other loss resulting from the unavailability of backups.
Backups will not be retained for accounts that have been canceled or expired, As cancellation requests are processed immediately, any required files from the affected account should be downloaded prior to the cancellation written request only. We will not provide any backup facility.
The Service Provider reserves the right to monitor the use of the Service. Should the Service Provider determine, at its sole discretion, the Subscriber has committed any act which violates this AUP, the Service Provider reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate Service with or without notice to the Subscriber.
The Service Provider will send notification by e-mail to the contact e-mail address on file of the Subscriber in the event that an AUP violation which does not merit termination of Service is identified. Should the Subscriber fail to respond and take action to correct an AUP violation identified in a notification from the Service Provider, the Service provider shall suspend the Service until acknowledgment is received and apply a Service Suspension Fee in accordance with the AUP Fee Schedule.
The Subscriber agrees to pay all associated fees related to the suspension, termination, and reactivation of the Service.
In the event that the Service is suspended, regular Service fees shall continue to accrue over the duration of time for which the Service is suspended.
In the event that the Service is terminated as a result of unacceptable use, a termination fee will be applied in accordance with the AUP's Fee Schedule.
In the event that an account has been suspended three times for any AUP violation or terminated for any AUP violation, a Service Reinstatement Fee shall be applied in accordance with the AUP Fee Schedule and paid by the Subscriber before the Subscriber may acquire Service from the Service Provider.
If you believe you or your system was the subject of an attack originating from our network, contact us immediately. Our security response team (3rd party principal company/service provider) will investigate all complaints received.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the AUP at any time, without prior notice.
We offer a great range of Services to suit everyone’s needs and at prices to suit everyone’s pockets. The fees you pay are based on the plan you choose and any add-on products you purchase. All payments are taken, in advance, for the full term of your plan.
30 Day Money-Back Guarantee- The Company offers a thirty (30) day money- back guarantee for shared, VPS, cloud and reseller hosting services. If you are not completely satisfied with these hosting services and you cancel your account within thirty (30) days of signing up for the Services, you will receive a full refund of hosting fees paid. Money-back Guarantee Refunds only apply to shared, cloud, VPS, and reseller hosting services (not in case of renewal) and do not apply to domain registration fees, setup fees, dedicated servers, or any fees for additional services. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a Money-back Guarantee Refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account or renewal of your services with us, you will not be eligible for a Money-back Guarantee Refund. Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy.
Nonrefundable Fees-Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, there are no refunds of any fee (including without limitation, administrative fee and/or tax) on Sectigo WebDNS, dedicated servers, or additional products or services such as Codeguard, Digital Certificates, Domain Backorder Service, shared VPS hosting, SiteLock install fees for custom software, and/or any other products or services of the Company.
Service Transfer-Client can transfer his/her services anytime to the another vendor due to any reason. In case client of transfer to another vendor, NO payment will be refunded or adjusted in any other service.
Dedicated server clients are required to inform 1 month prior to surrender of server to stop the monthly payment cycle. For example if you wish to decline the server for the month of January you are supposed to inform the billing / Accounts department by the 25th of December.
For Shared Hosting Clients the access of shared on dedicated servers/ VPS/ Cloud Instance is not permissionable. In case client want to access the hosting server they need to pay yearly cpanel charges (prices mentioned on principal company website Cpanel INC, /pricing)
For shared hosting clients; as their packages run on annual billing cycle mode they are supposed to inform us 1 month prior to surrendering of the shared hosting account to avoid getting billed for the next year.
NOTE-No Responsibility will be applicable on KenTrips on account of any error/negligence other principle/3rd party service provider. We paid the booking or renewal amount on the behalf of our client to 3rd party and not be refundable under any circumstances.
